We believe childhood should smell like mom's kitchen, not like plastic and worry. We're Hoću Njam, a small family brand that went looking for something better for our own kids in a world full of toxic traps. There was no solution on our market, so we built one! Now we want to offer other parents the same thing, peace of mind and safety for their children.
We tried every option and had the same doubts many parents have: plastic is toxic, melamine releases formaldehyde when heated, enamel chips and flakes, and most bamboo tableware on the market contains melamine or formaldehyde-based glue binding the fibers - which can release formaldehyde with hot food. Nothing felt good or safe enough.
