These Terms of Service are aligned with the Serbian Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette RS 35/2026, in force since 2 August 2026). By using the Hoću Njam online store you accept these terms. The authoritative version is the Serbian text.
The purchase contract is deemed concluded when Hoću Njam electronically confirms the order to the e-mail address the customer provided when placing it.
Currently available payment methods are bank transfer and cash on delivery. Once card payment is enabled, the site will list the accepted card brands and the processor/acquirer according to the live integration.
Deliveries within the Republic of Serbia are handled by the courier services Vaš Potrčko and Shoptimax. For delivery outside Serbia please contact us at [email protected] to check availability, price and lead time.
The standard delivery fee within Serbia is a flat 450 RSD, paid in cash to the courier on delivery, regardless of the payment method chosen for the goods, unless otherwise specified for a particular order. Typical delivery time is 1–5 business days from order confirmation; the statutory maximum is 30 days.
The courier attempts delivery twice on consecutive days. The courier may call the phone number provided in the order, but the call is not an absolute guarantee. If the second attempt is unsuccessful and no alternative delivery is arranged, the parcel is returned to the seller.
If delivery fails because the customer refuses without justified reason, provides inaccurate/incomplete data or otherwise prevents delivery, the seller may charge the actual documented costs of the failed delivery and return.
The fiscal receipt is delivered by e-mail to the address provided at checkout.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you (or a third party you designated, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
You can withdraw using the statutory form (download the withdrawal form) or any other unequivocal statement sent to [email protected] or by post to Žana Sibelijusa 1, 11030 Beograd. You must return the goods within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice; direct return costs are borne by the consumer. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice and include the standard first-delivery fee of 450 RSD.
The seller is liable for lack of conformity within two years of delivery. Complaints can be filed verbally at the reception point, by phone, in writing or electronically, together with the receipt or another proof of purchase. A complaint form is offered as a convenience (download the complaint form) but is not the only permitted way of filing. Photos and original packaging can help but are not conditions for accepting a complaint.
When physical return is required (withdrawal, complaint requiring inspection, or another agreed return) the recommended method is Serbian Post service "CC paket" to Žana Sibelijusa 1, 11030 Beograd. Any adequate service may be used. Please pack the product adequately to prevent damage in transit.
Hoću Njam is obliged by law to participate in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution before an authority listed by the competent Ministry. In case a complaint is rejected we will provide the relevant authorities in our written reply.

These terms of service are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to out-of-court resolution.
