Couriers

Deliveries inside the Republic of Serbia are handled by the following courier services (we pick the one available at the time of dispatch):

• Vaš Potrčko
• Shoptimax

For delivery outside Serbia please e-mail us at [email protected] — we confirm availability, price and lead time per destination.

Delivery fee and how it is paid

Lead time

Standard lead time is 1–5 business days from order confirmation. The statutory maximum is 30 days from contract conclusion. If for any reason we cannot deliver on time we will contact you without delay.

Delivery attempts

• The courier attempts delivery on two consecutive days (or at another slot you agree with the courier).
• The courier may call the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange delivery — the call is not an absolute guarantee. If you are unavailable they will leave a notice and try again the next day.
• If the parcel is not collected after the second attempt and no alternative is agreed, it is returned to the seller.

If the parcel is not collected

• Please enter the correct address and phone number — that is what lets us reach you and deliver.
• If delivery fails because the customer refuses without justified reason, provided inaccurate/incomplete data, or otherwise prevented delivery, we may seek reimbursement of the actual documented costs of the failed delivery and return, in line with the law.
• If delivery fails due to our error or a courier error (wrong data on our side, wrong parcel dispatched, etc.) we cover the costs.
• To re-ship a returned parcel we settle the previous justified costs plus the new delivery fee first.

Invoice

The fiscal receipt is delivered electronically to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. The receipt (or the contract note) states the agreed lead time.
