Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours.
Pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Once we receive and verify the product, we'll refund within 7 business days.
Under Serbian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designated) received the product, without giving any reason.
If you withdraw without reason, you cover the return shipping cost. If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, HocuNjam covers all return costs.

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different color or size, contact us before shipping. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Exchanges for defective products are shipped free of charge.
For products with defects, you may file a warranty claim within 2 years of purchase. Claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
If you notice the package is damaged on arrival, point it out to the courier and refuse delivery. If you notice the damage later, photograph the product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours.
